I liked the US better when they were Democratic
Habeas Corpus is the final straw. If the world does not wake up, if the American people do not wake up, then tomorrow you nor I may ever again, wake up.
When everything is in harmony, there is no chaos. When the world chants, we listen. When the birds sing, spring rises. When the winds blow, we feel the rhythm move us... Life is a song, and I intend to share it with you.

How can we wake people?
Many people think they're awake but they may just be sleepwalking.
to awaken is see the world, not through a pair of eyes, but a pair of ears, listening intently to those who speak. The music may be too loud to hear anyone, especially those who speak softly.
-- You know what scares me the most. Is that I have a lot of American friends, open minded, true global thinkers. It scares me that the growing sentiments towards the US has a negative influence on its people. And poor policy decisions (re: habeas corpus, and... VEGEMITE?) do not help this cause any more. To think that now you, and many many others need extra security precautions just to travel and enjoy your "freedom". It's not the terrorists you have to fear, its the peoples family that lost a brother from a US soldier's cowboy stunt, or to the farmer who lost the heritage of his entire family because of commercial crops or export subsidies... the list goes on... people have to many reasons to not be happy, and the elasticity of tolerance is stretched to its limit. What about all the good things about globalization? Int'l cooperation, virtual dialogue, win-win relationships which are taight in all the top business schools... where are the win-win partnerships...
