ohh its hot, hot hot Dubai
Well I finally made it.
Im in the middle east. It hit me actually when i got off the plane in 40+ weather... at midnight!
then we went to Arwas parents and uncles place, where we ate on the ground, prawns and nice and yum yums. I ate fresh Lychee! INBAL FRESH LYCHEE!
AT that momment a smile played across my face. This moment i have been preparing for for so many months now, has finally arrived.
I am here, and I already feel like home in this strange land.

Is the 40+ weather bearable? That's what I'm worried about..I don't know if I can handle it!
Isn't it cool that about 20 days ago it was raining at your dad's and you where there, and now, in less than a month you are enjoying a totally different wether???
The heat is actually bearable.. but make sure you wear ONLY cotton... half polyseter stuff stick to you like dried pop.

actually when I left Calgary it was nice aswell - nice and Hot.
Here? Humid, Smoggy and HOT.
the smog is sp bad that it creates a sauna in the city :) but great for the sun raise, because it doesnt burn your skin - which means no sun tan for me... until I goto Hyderbad on Monday - then ill come back like a lobster!
